Why?

Have you looked at the state of affairs over there lately.....who exactly is running the show...Oh, I know who the 'people' think....but who is really in charge over there???

And you think with the level of corruption and 'interventions' from other sources is good?? And SPRL is somehow going to reward shareholders in this manner??

Again, is this a 12g?? If so, where are the filings?? Did they issue 504 shares or not???

So SPRL "stands to aquire".......Hmm, I stand to aquire msft if my biz plan works out, but ya never know.....
