TMann Have you really reviewed each Press release at Globalstar.com NOT "GlobalstarUSA". For me these articles are very insightful as to how Bernie is Painting the picture he wants everyone to see!!! When you have a diamond in the rough. You don't go ballistic over MOUs before you have a COMPLETELY SOLID FOUNDATION. Look at your own list is it not growing??? 11. A very important Basic Order Agreement (BOA) with the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), allowing all federal government agencies as well as other authorized users of GSA sources of supplies to purchase Globalstar products and services just might help a little bit since the GSA contracts account for $40 billion of goods and services bought annually from the private sector. Not that GlobalStar is getting all that but it's a good start. Go_Globalstar
