Understand your sentiment. I have a rather strange question-------on one of the dockets it was noted that SGI was paying a firm to purchase stock as part of exit financing. It was not clear as to what stock they were talking about-----the amount was about 1 million dollars allocated. Were they talking about bod stock--------were they talking about buying SGI stock on the open market. IF the latter then why would they buy these shares. Why would it be necessary to buy stock still on the open market if the bk is final? The volume has been large today and yesterday. mj
