OK. I'm comfortable with the fact that we probably don't need to worry about running out of capacity.

But (and you knew there would be), lets examine this hypothetically. In the first case, the SP's don't resell the cellular minutes, do they? Don't they control their own supply in a way that they don't control their supply of cellular minutes. Or maybe they do. I suppose each Gateway has a total number of minutes available that the SP controls.

I don't own a cell phone, but lets suppose that I spend the last 5 days of the month getting a busy signal so I can't use my phone and I am unable to use all of my pre-paid minutes (this is different then me just not using all of my minutes). Can I get my money back? I know that this is a little off subject, but if someone has the time to educate a simple midwestern boy...
