I will be damn if I can understand what this means.....technical rating....lighten load.....huh? Is SSB speaking another language? And what happened to J. Josephs?

Intel's technical rating lowered by SSB.

Salomon Smith Barney market technician Bill Raftery lowered his "technical rating" on Dow stock Intel (INTC) to a "lighten" from a "hold." On Friday, the Salomon technician lowered his technical rating on IBM (IBM) to a "lighten" from a "hold" while upgrading his view on Apple Computer and Dell Computer. Intel shares slid 2.5 percent while IBM remained sharply lower, down 10.2 percent. But Dell moved into the plus column, gaining 1.4 percent.
