I'm just basing this on the news report, which quoted SGI saying that the write-off will not be material to earnings. I don't know whether that means they'll write it off over a period of several quarters or there are some offsetting assets that Paragraph has. Paragraph's web page, for example, mentions contracts with MSN and Disney. If anyone has better accounting knowledge, please chime in to clarify how these things are usually handled.
