All I understand is that the outstanding shares are up by 3M or so at 940,692,000.
Wonder if Steve's Estate had to sell some shares to pay taxes and hit the button at 15%.

Obviously somebody is liquidating and it could be redemptions to cover damages from Sandy and other stuff.
