I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. But still... it is so very disappointing that it only took sixteen months to establish the following facts:
1. Any guy who would leave Hawaii for Chicago, Illinois, is at least as dumb as the moron who left Texas for eight years but couldn't find a better place and went back there to live;
2. Harvard is just as capable of turning out top flight war criminals as Yale... I hope William Sloane Coffin feels better now;
3. Bill Clinton was right about one thing. He was the first black President of the United States. No, no... that was just a little joke. Presidents only come in one color... money;
4. Turns out that Rev. Wright was also right about one thing. Obama is most definitely a "politician." Unfortunately he was wrong about our chickens. They aren't coming back home to roost. They aren't coming back at all. Wall Street is packaging them all up in CDOs to be sold off overseas too;
5. I always knew that Rand Paul had no interest whatsoever in returning the country to racial slavery. Why bother turning back the clock to enslave a single category of people? Hedge Funds already have the entire human race in chains and they obviously aren't going to give any of them up;
6. Bribery has not been legalized... but they did change its name to "Campaign Contributions;"
Well... I have six hundred and sixty more facts like this. But I don't want any fundamentalists to go Pro Life-Elimination on me so I will stop here and leave you with a little pooem I just made up.
First they came for the LBOs.
And I said "Hey, you don't want all those assets to go to waste do you?"
Then they came for the S&Ls.
And I said "Hey, you can't fund mortgages without access to the capital markets can you?"
Then they came for the Pension Funds.
And I said "Hey, who wants to retire anyway?"
Then they came for the tax revenues.
And I said "Hey, good government is no government."
Then they came for the insurance reserves.
And I said "Hey, it's not doing anybody any good just sitting there."
Then they came for free credit.
And I said "Hey, they're all good, honest folk."
Then they came for investing.
And I said "Hey, trading is just short term investment isn't it?"
Then they came for me.
And I said "Hey, wouldn't it be cheaper just to legalize drugs?"
