Don, there is no mug half full with SGI for old shareholders---as you know the old shares are kaput. There is still the possibilty of a class action lawsuit----and many complaints filed with SEC but doubt that SEC will take any action aside from sending out their proforma we can't do anything. New stock public at 20.00----see the new chart SGIC. McKenna et al control the stock. Federal contracts and university contracts continue. Same technology just dressed up with new CEO McKenna that never kept his promises to old shareholders. Glowing press releases continue. Go to SGIC quote screen for the listing or their website. Not following SGIC. How about you---------buying again or selling short. mj
