That may be an over-estimate. Ketchikan is a just a whistle-stop on the way somewhere else for a lot of those passengers

I was being generous, estimating 150 passengers into and leaving Ketchikan on each flight. I agree with you it's likely much less.

I flew into Sitka 10 years ago, and maybe 30 people got off the plane with me.

I'm sure Ketchikan is much the same.
