Rick One has to assume the former because selling at the asked price with these MM bandits is harder to pull off than Butch and Sundance found robbing Mexican banks. As I have mentioned before I am very invested in a company called Perceptronics (PCTR) which is also an OTC-BB stock. When I compare the two stocks the MM action in HTSF is very hard to believe ( OR accept ). Both have low floats but HTSF trades multiples of shares on an average day, so we have a huge phony short position in HTSF or we are turning over the float on a regular basis. Should be interesting.
