DTSI being sued by KVHI for Patent Infringement: biz.yahoo.com What to do? What to do? Buy KVHI? Nice chart. Certainly not quite ready to jump into DTSI right now. Maybe daytraders can jump on a reversal (at 12?) should the suit rock the stock. I can't see DTSI dropping much below 10 - 12, but stranger things have happened. The press release is dated MONDAY at 2:00. I was thinking it was today at 2:00. My mistake. Perhaps the damage is already accounted for and DTSI is putting in a solid floor at 14. A pending lawsuit could certainly hold the stock to the floor, but any positive news regarding the suit could initiate a "sell me" pop. Any thoughts, anyone? HB
