Tim, I think you may have it confused.

AMD, while trying to compete with Intel's actual low power .13u Pentium III-M chips, have devised the "quanti-watt" measuring scale, which has the Athlon 4 competitive with not only the Pentium III-M, but also the Transmeta Crusoe. Beat that, Intel! <g>
