Method: Although the acquisition has been made under the Purchase method, I believe the In process "R&D" of Stanford can be expensed out instaed of Capitalising it as "Goodwill"

Normally 60-70% of the value of a High Tech research Comapny
can be expensed out using the "In process R&D" loop hole.

What are your observations on this line of action.
