Yes Ted, dead is dead, but don't you agree that the moral responsibility of the murderer or terrorist is different then the moral responsibility of someone trying to kill terrorists who accidently kills a third party? Murder is different then accidental death. Both should be avoided of course but the distinction between the two is important.
