I believe the party of Marx, Lenin, and Carville will be forced to go into the pending campaign season carrying a record of having obstructed attempts to modernize the capital losses limit-that has not been properly adjusted in many decades. It will cost them, but it's doubtful that necessary and just legislation will be around to drive the tax-selling season of 2002 to any higher levels...
