IMHO it boils down to this issue: Do you think the street is beginning to fundamentally change its view of biotech? If so, I'd stay very long. Or do you think the latest run in the sector is yet another blip? If so, I'd take my chances -- sell (in low 20s) and try to buy back in low teens. FWIW, I'm staying long. It has served me well thus far. But I have been wrong many times before. ;)
