@ACAN, quote spikes may come in on datafeeds that will not show in backfill data because that is usually adjusted by the datafeed. If you later clear/backfill for example, it would not show the spike. MT does have spike filter that can be adjusted. I can't really comment on specific issue without seeing more detail. Can you email the chart and corresponding raw data window to support@medvedtrader.com so we can look further?
