Your posts are very good but I have to somewhat disagree. Most of us at realize that the screw ups are caused by management. That doesn't mean there aren't other things about which to be critical, such as MM games or even hedge funds. It's never black and white and there is always plenty of scamming to go around. But, to be clear, and as my posts are often characterized (but not quoted) in lying statements, I have posted that Petar's giving deadlines he did not have to give, and then not making those deadlines, had to border on gross incompetence at the least. If it was a pump and dump, it's a heckova way to do so. Set up deadlines, where just fuzzy PR's would be the way it is done in pinkie land, and then miss those deadlines over and over. Again, I'm not excusing lies and if it turns out that he, in fact, dumped shares for his personal benefit, or sold unregistered shares, then he obviously has serious issues that he will have to face.
