Well, we can look at it this way, once all the investigations into improper accounting are over and new, fairer disclosures rules are in place; once the internet infrastructure consolidates to those with the best business models; and once we realize that a massive military complex may not be the best way to deal with guerilla terrorists, the excesses will have been wrung out of the system and we should have the foundation laid for the next big rally!
