If you believe it is a still a bear market, it is saying to short any rallies between now and the Dow spike down days ahead and not to go long until that resolution but for a quick trade.

If you believe it is a bull market, you tell yourself it will probably be a mild correction that will be over real soon if not already before resumption of the uptrend.
