Be shocked if the regulators did a thing when everything was in the Sedar filings. They do not even consider assays material. You can put out a press release announcing drilling and never put out the assays , just file a one sentence statement in Sedar MD& A saying nothing found in drilling 6 months later. Personally I figure if you drill and find nothing it is material info.Meanwhile company and those close know they came up empty and thus can trade on it.
