We have a great military. But we get an F for diplomacy, and right now we need to figure out how to get an A.

Perhaps Powell, Rumsfeld, et al are just better bridge/poker players than you give them credit for. Do you think they don't hear what European and Arab allies are saying? Do you think they aren't talking to them every day? Do you think they actually want to send troops into Iraq, even with Saudi and Jordanian support? Do you think you know better than they how to get a murderous tyrant like Saddam to behave himself?
