So what do we have here after all this investigation, news reports and articles and millions spent for two years?

We have Wilson going to Niger chosen because of his noncovert wife employed by CIA at langley e-mail and meeting recommending him to check on the buying or attempts to buy yellowcake by Iraq from Niger. Wilson comes back and gives a report to the CIA who gives it to the Senate Intelligence committee. Wilson a democrat then gives a completely different report to the NYT.

So in response Tenet tells Cheney about why Wilson was chosen-because of his wife's recommendation. Cheney tells Libby. Libby also probably tells Rove.

All the reporters including Miller says Libby did not tell them Wilson's wife worked for CIA or her name.

So where is the crime. There is none. Wilson's wife is not covert and no evidence beyond reasonable doubt she was revealed by Libby or Rove and even if did =so what-not malicious and not covert.

So what are we left with- only that Libby testified that he heard that Wilson's wife worked for CIA from reporters investigating Wilson and why he was sent to Niger. Probably true. But he also already knew that from Cheney. So he is being indicted for not being totally candid with Grand Jury and telling the whole truth. Should have said he heard it from reporters and from Cheney. Or heard it from Cheney but not disclose or if he did disclose- so what? Libby was not smart and fell into a trap.
