New Marketing Data: Four Out of Five Extraterrestrials Prefer Intel
The Intel® Pentium® 4 processor is not only the perfect engine for PCs here on Earth, it is rapidly becoming the processor of choice for inquisitive aliens who visit our planet in search of novel human technology.
That's the theme behind the worldwide "Technology Quest" advertising campaign being launch by Intel Oct. 8. The campaign, which will include advertisements on television, in print, and on the Web, is designed to build on the awareness established by the Blue Man Group campaign, which was wrapped up in May of 2001.
The ads will feature technology aficionado aliens who visit Earth to investigate the electronic gizmos available to humans, only to find that human technology is dull and boring. Until, of course, they happen upon an Intel Pentium 4 processor which, when plugged into their alien PC, brings all the music, digital photos, and video to life. |
