SAN DIEGO, Calif., May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Interactive Telesis (OTC Bulletin Board: TSIS) is pleased to announce that its partnership with AT&T (NYSE: T) and, particularly, its Executive TeleConference Division, was further solidified when ITI was able to immediately provide additional call replay capacity during AT&T's recent switching network difficulties.
The depth and flexibility of ITI's system allowed the seamless transfer of AT&T's conference calls to unutilized line capacity with ITI's alternate carriers. With ITI's help, there was no disruption in service for AT&T's Fortune 500 clients and hundreds of participating financial analysts.
This sharing of resources came at a critical time due to the quarterly release of corporate earnings and the subsequent volume of analyst/management calls during this peak period.
Interactive Telesis' MarketREACH(TM) division has experienced a 40% increase in monthly revenues since December 1997 from its continuing provision of recording and playback services for AT&T's Executive TeleConference Division. ITI is currently in discussions with AT&T to develop and support additional customer service applications.
