hkp, Form 144 filings show two Directors intent to sell 15,000 shares @ approx. price of $22.00. All I know. As to price, I sold off my DSWLF to buy NTAIF. Am tracking for a better price to buy in but now doubting if I'll see it. Paul K. has been my mentor on DSWLF and he sold off some of his shares planning to buy back lower. I got out at 21 & 22.5 and can still get back in even, but putting off hoping for a drop. I believe the projections of DSWLF at 30 after 1st of the year. Ron
