- Not Exercising Option on Puca Irca Dos Mil Claim
Kenneth B. Liebscher, President and Director of E.T.C. Industries Ltd. announces that the Company will not be exercising its option on the Puca Irca Dos Mil claim. ETC has an agreement to purchase 1000 hectares in Peru known as the MATA MATA Project in Northwestern Peru. The Puca Irca Dos Mil claim comprises 100 hectares of the MATA MATA Project; and requires a property payment of $50,000 by August 2, 1997 and accordingly this payment will not be made.
EIL however wishes to retain its option on the balance of 900 acres of the MATA MATA Project.
