Hi gavin. Your right, this market stinks. I have talked with IR and drill results are likely set for August. They have just finished their drill program and the cores have just been sent off for assay. The word I have got is that the cores look good and everything they have seen thus far supports the large deposit theory.
Our Ace in the Hole in the shortterm is the BC lawsuit. My personal feeling is that the BC Gov doesn't want Rock to get their day in court. Apparently the BC Gov has appointed an Energy and Mines individual exclusively to Rocks Case. They are dealing one on one as we speak. Remember the BC Gov. has issued a paper saying they will settle all outstanding claims ASAP! They are trying to be a "kinder gentler" government to mining companies as stated in their "paper".

The BC Gov's greatest fear is that Rock will get an Arbritrator to sort out the problem . The last time that occurred the complaitant was awarded the full amount plus, the same amount again, in a "fine" against the Government for delay in settling. The interesting thing about this ruling is the complaitant had "suffered" a two year delay. Rock is comming up to "double that" in delay!!!

A satisfactory ruling would result in about $1.00 per share added to NAV and fully fund this project to completion!

I'm long and patient!
