Just a Note to Everyone: I bought this stock when it was called Daelco Resources but the symbol was DLOVF. Paid around $1.25, maybe four years ago when it was pushed by a "boiler room" broker.
Held it for 3 years, during which time it went down to .25 and even lower. Spiked about once a year to around 7/8, so I could never get my investment back. Unfortunately, that was the early days when I was "green" to this type of company. I thought all the acquisitions would eventually amount to something. Finally - a lumber company announcement did - the price spiked back to $1.25 on the announcement and I sold off my shares.

Finally, I ordered the hard copy annual report and discovered that the CEO was paying himself $60,000 per month salary. It was no wonder that there was never a cent left over for the investors.

My only point, if anyone is interested -- read the annual report. Do the expenses show any hope of ever being under control so as to share a profit with shareholders, or are you all just going to end up holding like I did hoping to get out "even."

No responses, please. Just my input for anyone interested.

Carol
