I think Greenspan is becoming more out of touch though. I heard him the other day - talking about retraining as a fix for the outsourcing going on. Completely wrong. The people losing the jobs are often highly trained people - with advanced degrees in engineering and Information Technology - IT. These jobs are simply going to lower paid areas like India. Greenspan doesn't have a clue on this one...
