I think your forgetting one important thing... This company is still making money. It missed earnings expectations, but it is still in the black. Did the news warrant a 38% drop. I don't think so. There are a lot of companies out there (e.g. Geotek and Check Free) that have been hot stocks, but they have not made a dime. Today's move was overreaction in the market. This is always the case on bad news. If we see 5, it will only be because of additional unexpected bad news or a complete market sell off. Do your homework, GTIS has not exactly been sitting back and letting someone else eat their lunch. I believe they have acquired about 5 other companies in the last year. They were also on everyone's buy list until this morning. I am convinced that this is pure and classic overreaction.
