Recent media talk that share buybacks may be misleading because sometimes a company may "quietly" issue shares after the buyback that are used for corporate options or awards to corporate leaders; the end result being that not as many shares have been recalled as it first seemed.

Could you please comment on this buyback issue and if it does in fact take place, how would we determine that? and how significant would that be?
