yup it's pretty sad, eh? If you were the CEO of Tyco you wouldn't have these problems. The 30 mill loan for one of the CEO's many residences was forgiven and reclassified as a bonus. But even the Tyco board was not informed of this 'bonus.' But then Koslowski had to pay taxes on the new bonus, so another bonus was awarded, this time for 13 mill to cover the income tax on the other bonus.
