Yes, and between a bear market and financial scandals, it's a wonder they can contain their glee. Do you think Americans will ever get tired of the giant transfer of wealth to trial lawyers, or are too many of them just waiting for their chance at a tort windfall? After all, that unethical 3% can swing enough elections to maintain the sharks' power in Congress. And who knows - the Dems may even nominate one of them for President soon.
