John: It just means that, officially, as of the take-over date by ISGI, I am not an officer nor director of the company but am a Shareholder, just like you.

It is in my best interest as well as yours and all who are on this thread to bring as much business to the table as you can. As i've stated many times before: Every buck in profits you help ISGI drop to the bottom line means $25 in added stock valus (PE 25:1).
