Pat et al; @HOME has an ADSL backup plan. Is this news? From a Reuter news article written by Samuel Perry: The CEO of @HOME, an Internet service being developed by a partnership of cable TV operators, said that @HOME has started an ADSL trial and will selectively deploy ADSL this year. He adds some "negative spin" to soften their ADSL development. The fact that he mentions ADSL at all, says alot, because he lives in the cable TV camp.
