If the current site is not up to date and i was of the opinion it was there to create business NOW regardless of what is expected with the upgrades, such issues like this one will create confusion and drive people away (mistake or no mistake) so this is a good example of the quality control that need to also be discussed for this phase and the next phase site, there is a lot more to a web site than just nice graphics and the candy coated bells and whistles.

If this site is there to business today, then this is a good enough reason to keep it current - today.

I have orders sitting here for over 20 discs and intend on ordering them through Compact Connection, though i feel if we have the people manning this site as it should be to effectively process my order.

As i said there is no excuse for keeping an existing commercial site up to date as potential or returning customer don't care what is going on behind the scenes, they just want the service and opportunity to purchase online with the less amount of effort or confusion.

I should say that i have a problem with ordering Cd's from another online service; due to the fact that i feel they had a security problem with there order server or a crack in their database. A lot of people had their credit cards number stolen.
