Here we go again.

Try driving recklessly late at night. See if you can argue your way out of those charges by claiming that "there was no damage to anyone."

What Trump did wasn't merely exaggerating the worth of his properties, despite every "pundit" on FOXNews claiming otherwise.

What Trump did was state flat out lies in violation of good faith negotiations. You can argue over how much your property is worth, but you can't flat out lie about the square footage thereof, or how many floors it has.

Nor can you blame the lenders for not checking up on Trump's claims. The law is meant to enforce good-faith behavior, not excuse Clintonian logic.
