Don't worry Lisa, he'll be back! He has the advantage of being able to test and retest the walls around him, each time a little more room is created.

This will be an interesting pop in world markets... almost makes you wonder if Sadamm isn't playing the markets himself... think about the timimg to coincide with Asian problems to piggyback his influence both ways. Just some fun speculation.
