can guess how option expense would factor into a discounted cash flow model? How 'bout a "comparable deal" valuation? The recently popular "liquidation value"? How about the "dividend in lieu of growth" value? Cisco and Phillip Morris have about the same prospects going forward, do they not? :-/ L
