As for the southern states experiencing the highest delinquency rates, that's pretty typical. The Rs that lead those states have managed to keep their citizens 'barefoot and dirty'. It been a long, proud tradition for southern, Republican states to be mired in poverty. See my recent post to Mindmeld:
