either of these two items will remove "most" ink marks ..
not sure about a laptop screen accepting them, tho .....

try a small q-tip which has been saturated with either not both of
actually, try both at dif times if the other doesn't work.... hehehe

1) WD-40
2) hair spray

and carefully try a tiny spot in the corner of the screen ....

while I'm on the subject of tips .... gggggg

most folks don't know that WD-40 will EASILY remove gummed price labels, stuck on info tags, etc ...
and
even bumper stickers ... *(time to remove those GORE thingies)

some stickers will come right off with initial application of WD-40 while others require an abrasion of the surface .. slight scratches ... and several apps ...
but
try it .... you'll be amazed
