Yes whoever wrote this post was full of it.
At the time, it was confirmed to me in a PM that this guy was full of it, because #1 he hadn't called the Embassy and #2 Gayle had not sent out photos of any homes in Belize.
To be fair, though, I think Rich_1 just cut and pasted this from AOL.
I stand to be corrected on the who posted what, but the content was largely a dream by whoever posted it.
Fact is that the Embassy, at first had no clue about any of this, and now it is merely directing people to the Belize press releases.
I'd have to say that the only people who know exactly what is going on, reside at #108 - 300 wheeler road , Hauppauge , NY
