However, according to Mr. Martin, who is now pitching shareholders for another $25 for the continued services of the "incredible attorney" in "Phase 2," only about 4,200 people actually sent their money for the first agreement. According to the Owners Group website, 1,634 people have signed on for the second phase of Mr. Frizzell's representation.
