The Bradley effect is not whether whites will vote for blacks, or vice versa. It is how people will lie to pollsters, claiming they'll vote for one or the other, but not following through, supposedly due to racism. As such, there would never be a 'McCain effect', as we don't have a large number of black voters claiming they'll vote for McCain.
