Sorry I didn't get a chance to respond to your private message sooner. I guess responding on the thread is OK since there aren't any confidences to protect right now. I just got back from Jacksonville and saw Ned's "new faces" post and decided to put in my two cents worth.

The situation is easy to sum up. Araldica is ready to move but we must know the out come of the Danielle suit first because a lot of new money is hesitant before that. Many people who like the Araldica story will join us when the air clears.

The Danielle case is dragging out because both sides have attorneys. :) The attorneys get paid for time, not results. Swan says he has better attorneys and they are probably trying to razzel dazzel the court. Just my opinion of course.

I will be surprised if there is an update from Araldica before the 22nd. They are better off not to say anything right now. Anything they say can be taken by the opposition and twisted for the court to confuse the issue. In my opinion, better to just wait and let the judge decide. A factual update after the 21st would be in order and would be less likely to be a tool for the opposition.

Now that I've said that we will probably get something from the company before the hearing <gg>.

BTW, I have added to my position since we last communicated. I'm a believer.
