That kind of business strategy just makes me even angrier at Comcast. I'm cutting the cord with them this month and going internet only since my contract is up. I'll be using PlayStation Vue streaming for TV instead. I figure I'll save at least $40 per month by doing so and I won't be under any contract, nor will I have to renegotiate with Comcast every year to try to get a better rate for a TV/internet bundle. I have 150Mbps speed right now but don't really need it. Very few servers on the internet can me data that fast anyway. I'll probably drop down to whatever the next lower tier is unless the cost difference is minimal between the two.
