And what is the source of LAW? Is it the morals found in the pages of the Bible? Is it the morals found in the Koran? Is it the abyss of evolution, therefore the source of LAW is in constant flux? The capitalist states 'I own my property.' The socialist states, 'We own your property.' The capitalist states, I will sell you my property, we will negotiate a contract, a binding legal document. The socialist states, I will appropriate your property to the state, and the state will distribute your property to the people, we will negotiate a regulation, a law which is a legally binding document. They are both right, from their own perspective. Who decides which perspective is the right one? The one with persuasive power thru either the thought process or the force of guns.
