You are doing it right loantech. I did similar.Paid off my house.Then picked up a 40 acre piece of raw land on the Chilako river.Now I have a mixture of gold silver metals oil and gas stocks.No margin and no worry.If it pans out the job goes and I learn to build by the river and do some traveling.I have put a lot of years in sweat work fully taxed.My comment" you kidding" was meant at the future in regards that gold and silver will do so well that you will be living free on your terms.A toast to real money and everyone on your thread tonight.
